Cassava Dessert

Ingredients:

* 500g grated cassava

* 1 egg

* 120ml coconut cream

* 120g caster sugar

* 50g melted butter or cooking oil

* Some honey

* 1 sheet banana leaf

Method :

Preheat oven to 180C.

Line cake tin with banana leaf.

Mixed all the ingredients (except honey) until smooth, pour the batter into a cake tin.

Baked for 40 minutes. Take out the cake from oven. Spread a thin layer of honey on top. Switch oven to grill function 200C. Baked for couple minutes or until the top layer is golden brown.

Cool completely before cutting the cake.
