Cherry Cheese Cake

Biscuits 400 g
Butter 100 g
Condenced milk 1 tin
Cream 200 g
Hilal Gelatin 4 tbsp
Cream cheese 1 packet
Strawberry jam 1 bottle
Cherries 1 packet
Water 4-5 tbsp


Cherry Cheese Cake

Cooking Directions

Disslove gelatin in water.
Add condenced milk in a bowl.
Add cream, hilal gelatin and cream cheese in it.
Mix them all well.
Crush the biscuits.
Place ciscuits in a baking pan, also add butter in it.
Mix them well and bake it for 5-7 min, at 200 degrees.
Pour the milk mixture on baked biscuits.
Freeze them for 12 hours.
Add some strawberry jam in some water and heat them.
Serve with a topping of strawberry jam and cherries.
